Return and exchange policy

At Lusso Fiore, our commitment to exceptional quality and customer satisfaction is paramount. We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn’t work out, and we aim to make your return or exchange process as seamless as possible.

Change of Mind Return or Exchange:

  • If you’ve had a change of heart about your Lusso Fiore handbag purchase, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of receipt.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all brand tags still attached.
  • Please note that return shipping costs for a change of mind must be covered by the customer. We recommend using a track-able shipping service, as Lusso Fiore is not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • For exchanges, the new item will be dispatched to you once we receive the original product, subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, we will contact you to find the best solution.

Faulty Product Return:

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at contact.us@lussofiore.com.au with detailed information about the product fault.
  • Once we confirm the fault, Lusso Fiore will cover all shipping costs associated with returning the defective item. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Upon receipt of the faulty item, we will conduct an inspection. If the product is deemed faulty due to manufacturing defects, you will have the option of a refund, exchange, or repair, subject to the item's availability.

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

  • Contact our customer care team via the Contact page to notify us of the return or exchange. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • For a change of mind, ship the item(s) to our shipping address using a traceable method. Contact us contact.us@lussofiore.com.au for the nearest shipping hub. For a faulty item, wait for our instructions and the provided prepaid label.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your return or exchange.

Refunds:

  • Refunds for returns or faulty products will be processed upon the successful receipt and inspection of the item(s).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please Note:

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind.
  • Lusso Fiore reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the product does not meet our return criteria.
