|No longer interested in the product
|We accept this return. Contact customer service with your order number. We will refund the cost of bag and charge any applicable customs duty, taxes and shipment costs.
Return time window
15 days for products that are no longer desired.
Exchange time window
15 days for products that you wish to be swapped.
Warranty plan time window
6 months for damaged goods. Please follow the leather care routine to take care of your beautiful genuine leather products.
