Types of returns

Production quality issue We will fix the bag and resend it. We will cover all the customs duty, taxes and shipment costs. 
Product damaged Only metals, leather and stitching are covered in our warranty plan. To learn more about caring for your leather product - refer to our care guide. We will cover all the customs duty, taxes and shipment costs. 
No longer interested in the product We accept this return. Contact customer service with your order number. We will refund the cost of bag and charge any applicable customs duty, taxes and shipment costs. 

 

Return time window

15 days for products that are no longer desired.

Exchange time window

15 days for products that you wish to be swapped.

Warranty plan time window

6 months for damaged goods. Please follow the leather care routine to take care of your beautiful genuine leather products.
